4 Bedroom House in Spokane

Fun home with huge great room for large groups and families, perfect for a get together. The property is located five minutes away from local attractions, Wonderland, and Roller skating. 2 Golf courses and the Mall are only 3 miles away!! This house has ping pong, putting green, hot yoga, Fuze ball table, video games and the whole double garage is a matted play and workout area with amazing wrestling mats (this area is shared sometimes)! Outside, has a disc golf hole! You will never be bored here! Also the home sits on acreage so there is a ton of parking on the property. All trees just removed all in this 2 acre property so there is only a front yard landscaped. Basically no backyard or patio set up. Gym will be used by me Monday thru Thursday evenings. Sometimes on weekends. Sharing is caring! You can definitely reserve private times by request!

Summary: This house is perfect for large groups. The hosts is great and always accommodating. Location is in the business district but it’s perfect as you don’t need to worry about bothering the neighbors.

Summary: This home worked fine for my family for our Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was stocked well with all kinds of tools to use, which made preparing meals a breeze. There was plenty of sleeping space for us and lots of variety in activities for the children of all ages. One challenge is that there is not a yard, but there is a huge "mat area" that worked well for working the wiggles out. Second challenge was the people who stayed before us, apparently they left the home in bad shape, which delayed our access a bit, BUT the cleaning team worked hard to make it clean and ready anyway. We appreciated it. The home was welcoming and comfortable, we were able to do family things like put together a puzzle, laugh, wrestle, dance, and of course enjoy games, food and fun. The best thing is the history and story of the place--my family loved it, they were inspired and encouraged by the character and purpose of the home. Rick was great to deal with and friendly as well. And group text went out after World title match victory the other day. Congrats and thank you.

Summary: This was just the house we needed for our family and friends and the broad range of kids we had with us. Rick, the owner, was super easygoing, available, and kind. He totally helped my kids figure out the gaming system the first night. Very interesting place. Thanks so much Rick!!

Summary: This our second time staying here. It us a great family rental. We stay here in order to go to Silverwood. I cannot say enough about the owner of this property. He is so awesome to deal with and very helpful and kind. You can easily communicate with Rick. We will definitely stay here in the future.
